Orientations for foreigners students
Orientations for foreigners students HERE
ATTENTION!
The National Council of Immigration (CNIg) approved the Normative Resolution No. 111/2014, which brings changes to the text of the Normative Resolution No. 88/2014. With the alterations, the foreign student can do their internship in Brazil for a period of up to 120 days, that is, four months, and does not need to be connected to a Brazilian teaching institution.
In this case, the Term of Compromise for Internship (TCE) will be signed by the student's original teaching institution and by the Brazilian company where the internship will be done – this way the student won't need to be connected to a Brazilian teaching institution.
For internships longer than 120 days, the foreign student must be regularly enrolled on a higher education course in Brazil, and have the termo of compromise signed by the Brazilian teaching institution in which he is enrolled, observing the deadline of their temporary student visa, which will be valid for one year.
